Our core authentication system secures your access to Proptimise.
If you are starting Proptimise for the first time, or if you have logged out, or your session has expired, you will be asked for your credentials before logging in.
On the first screen you will be asked for your email address.
This must be a registered user as per the settings inside your Proptimise instance to be able to gain access. If you have not been given access, please contact your administrator.
After clicking continue, you will be redirected to the final screen to confirm your password. Should your email address be registered with multiple Proptimise instances, such as a franchise model or other multi company setup, you will be offered a dropdown to select which domain you wish to proceed with.
Securing your login
Make sure to choose a secure password! At some time in the future, you will probably want to access Proptimise from outside your local network. This means you are also exposed to random black-hats trying to do the same. Treat the password like the key to your house.
As an extra level of security, you can turn on multi-factor authentication.
Other authentication techniques
Proptimise provides several ways to authenticate. See the Auth Providers section.
